| People do not come out as gay to be "cool" because most of society is still anti-gay. If it was a matter of being "cool", then everyone would claim to be gay. Back in 1999 or 2000, birthday cards with Ricky Martin on them were released. One of them listed his favorite Spanish-language film...and this is what made me think he was gay because I had seen the movie 'The Law of Desire'. |
